Can I apply from Bookmi?#

No. Your company applies itself on jGrants or each program's official system. Bookmi does not prepare or submit applications.

When is the list updated?#

Every morning from jGrants. The last update time appears above the list. Official changes can take up to a day to show.

Are municipal subsidies included?#

Only those listed on jGrants. Many municipalities take applications on their own, so please also check your local government's website.

The area or headcount is wrong#

The area comes from the start of the address under Settings → Company Info (the prefecture), and the headcount from your active Bookmi members. You can change the filters on the screen. Write the company address starting with the prefecture.

What does "Major" mean?#

It marks the national programs small businesses usually consider first, such as the Monozukuri subsidy, the Jizokuka subsidy for small businesses, the labor-saving investment subsidy, the new business expansion subsidy, the business succession & M&A subsidy, the Digitalization & AI Adoption Subsidy, the business improvement grant and the career-up grant.

I can't see Subsidies & grants in the menu#

It is shown only to company administrators and members whose role has the Accounting permission. Please ask your administrator.

Why don't "performance reports" or "change notices" appear?#

jGrants also lists post-award procedures (performance reports, change and withdrawal notices, payment requests) as separate entries. They are not subsidies themselves, so we hide them. Handle them on the official system of the subsidy you were awarded.
