How plans, add-ons and points work

Overview#

Change your plan and add options from your name at the bottom left → Settings → Plan & billing (only people who handle contracts and payments can open it). Points balance and purchases are under Usage & points (admins, including store managers).

Plan & billing shows your plan, monthly price, add-ons and invoices; Usage & points shows stores, team members, your points balance and points used.

Change your plan#

1. Click Renew or change plan.
2. Choose Monthly or Yearly (2 months free) with the switch at the top.
3. Click the plan you want, check the amount on the confirmation page and continue to payment.

• Upgrade: takes effect right away; you pay the difference for the days left in the current term.
• Downgrade: switches the day after your current term ends. With auto-renewal it's scheduled and can be cancelled until the day before. For members or anything else over the new plan's limits, see "What happens to anything over the limits when I downgrade?" under Plan & billing.
• Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically by default. Turn off auto-renewal on the confirmation page to pay once.
• Enterprise is quoted individually — use Contact us.

Add options (AI Phone, stores, members)#

Click Add options to see what you can add.

• AI Phone plans (S / M / L / XL): AI answers reservation and inquiry calls. Each comes with one 050 number and monthly points for AI Phone. You can have one at a time.
• 追加店舗 (extra store) / 追加メンバー (extra member): choose a quantity and confirm.

Options run for the same term as your main plan and renew with it. The first charge is prorated by the days left in the term; the confirmation page shows the amount.

Buy points#

1. Click Buy points.
2. Pick a pack, choose a payment method on the confirmation page and continue.

• Purchased points are valid for 180 days from purchase. They can't be refunded or cashed out.
• The trial pack can only be bought once, as your first purchase.

How points work#

• Points are used soonest-expiring first, automatically.
• Rough usage: AI Phone about 60 points per minute; receipt reading about 1.8 points per receipt (actual usage varies).

FAQ#

• Running low on points: add more with Buy points. They're usable as soon as payment completes.
• Need more stores: add them one at a time under Add options → extra store. With many stores, a higher plan or Enterprise can work out cheaper.
• Does a downgrade delete data? No. Features not in the lower plan stay view-only.
• Can't find this screen: only people who handle contracts and payments can open Plan & billing. Ask your company admin.
