Amendments and related contracts

Make post-signing changes with an amendment linked to the original. Individual contracts can hang under a master agreement; see links on the Related contracts card or group the list by customer.

Overview

Make post-signing changes with an amendment (覚書) linked to the original, so you can trace what changed and when. For ongoing business, hang individual contracts under a master agreement.

Create an amendment

  1. On the original contract's Related contracts card, click 覚書（変更契約）を作成.
  2. Enter the changes, finalize and send for signature.
참고

Amendments cannot be created from drafts, amendments or imported contracts.

See the links

  • The Related contracts card shows the parent (master / original / previous term) and child contracts, and warns if a child ends after its parent.
  • 取引先ごと (By customer) on the list groups master, individual and amendment contracts per customer.
