Overview
Make post-signing changes with an amendment (覚書) linked to the original, so you can trace what changed and when. For ongoing business, hang individual contracts under a master agreement.
Create an amendment
- On the original contract's Related contracts card, click 覚書（変更契約）を作成.
- Enter the changes, finalize and send for signature.
Note
Amendments cannot be created from drafts, amendments or imported contracts.

- The Related contracts card shows the parent (master / original / previous term) and child contracts, and warns if a child ends after its parent.
- 取引先ごと (By customer) on the list groups master, individual and amendment contracts per customer.
