How to find answers and contact support

Look it up inside the admin#

Click the life-buoy icon (Help & support) at the top right of the admin screen to open the help panel on the right.

• Search: type in the box at the top to search articles and page help instantly.
• This page: what you can do on the current screen and tips.
• Related articles: articles about this screen. Each shows steps and notes, and "Open the page" takes you to the setting.
• How-to videos: short videos of the actual screens.
• Recommended features and Keyboard shortcuts: features you have not tried yet and keys that speed things up.

Press Esc to close the panel, or to go back one level inside an article.

Contact support#

The Support section at the bottom of the panel offers three ways:

1. Live support: chat with us directly; the conversation is also kept as a ticket.
2. Contact support: describe the issue and attach screenshots; we reply within your plan's response time.
3. My tickets: your submitted tickets. A badge shows how many are waiting for your reply.

This site (bookmi.ai/help) has the same articles as the in-app panel and can be read without signing in, for example before you start or to share with your team.
