Unanswered reminders and the morning digest
No reply within 30 minutes re-notifies the agent; at 9:00 the next morning admins get a digest. No setup needed.

Bookmi remembers even when you forget.
- If no agent replies within 30 minutes of the customer's last message, the agent is notified again: the assigned agent only, or everyone on duty. Each customer message triggers one reminder.
- Every morning at 9:00, conversations unanswered for more than 60 minutes are sent to admins as a digest (up to 10, with waiting times), linking straight to the message center.
- AI answers do not count as replies.
Notifications arrive in the Bookmi app and the notification center, and can also reach your own LINE (Get Bookmi notifications on your own LINE). Nothing to configure; the timings are fixed.
