Register products and plans, then pick them on quotes

Overview#

Register the items you quote often, such as SaaS plans, setup fees or maintenance, under Products & plans. Picking one on a quote fills in the line for you.

Register a product#

1. Open Products & plans under Sales / CRM in Settings.
2. Click Add product and enter the Name, Billing (one-time, monthly or yearly), Unit price and Unit. For monthly and yearly items the price is one period (one month or one year). Add a Code and Description if you like.
3. Click Save. Use the pencil to edit and the bin to delete.

Pick it on a quote#

1. On the quote form click Add from products (below the lines on the quote list and quote page, above them when creating from Deal documents).
2. Search by name or code and pick one. A line with the name, unit, price and billing is added; if the last line is empty it is filled instead.
3. Adjust the quantity and save.
