Data stays in Japan
Customer data is stored on servers in Tokyo and doesn't leave the country. If you're trading in Japan, that matters — your customers' information stays here.
Not used for model training
Your customer data is never used to train AI models, sold, or provided to third parties for commercial use.
Everything encrypted in transit
Traffic between browser and server is encrypted with SSL/TLS, so it can't be read along the way.
Permissions assigned by role
Operating permissions are assigned per role. Who sees customer records, who changes settings, who can export — you decide. When someone leaves, you revoke access.
Actions leave a trail
Actions in the system are logged. When, by whom, and what — all traceable. If a question comes up, there's evidence.
Take it with you whenever
On cancellation you can export all your data. We don't hold data hostage — keeping you should come from the product being good to use.

Will my customer data be used to train AI?
No. Your customer data isn't used for model training, and isn't sold or provided to third parties for commercial use.
Which country is the data stored in?
Japan (Tokyo). It doesn't leave the country.
What happens to the data after cancellation?
You can export all of it and take it with you. There's no annual contract — monthly billing, stop anytime, no termination fee.
Can every staff member see all customer information?
That depends on the permissions you assign. You can limit certain roles to their own customers, or disallow export entirely. When people change, you adjust permissions.
Are AI phone calls recorded?
Calls the AI handles are kept as text transcripts for later reference and handover. Whether audio is recorded, and how long anything is kept, follows your settings.
Do you hold any security certifications?
Not at present. What's written here is only what you can verify immediately — where data is stored, encryption, permissions and logging. We'll update this page if we obtain certification.
