Will I be charged automatically when the free trial ends?
No. The trial doesn't roll into a paid plan and nothing is charged when it ends. To keep using bookmi, sign up for a paid plan from the dashboard.
How can I pay?
Monthly and yearly plans can be paid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express), PayPay, or invoice (bank transfer). Enterprise is invoiced and paid by bank transfer.
How long do I have to commit? What if I want to stop?
Monthly billing by default — an annual contract is optional. On the monthly plan you can stop anytime, with no termination fee and no explanation required.
Can I get a refund if I cancel a yearly plan early?
Yes. Request early cancellation from the dashboard and the contract ends at the end of the current billing month. We refund what you paid for the year minus the months used (including the current one) at the monthly rate (Terms of Service, Article 13(2)). Because the yearly price equals 10 months, there is nothing to refund after 10 months or more.
Do I have to use the AI phone?
No. For restaurants, real estate, vacation rentals and the small-business edition, the AI phone is an optional monthly add-on (AI Phone S–XL). You can use reservations, invoicing, bookkeeping and payroll on their own.
