Register your broker details

Register your license number, guarantee association, deposit office and licensed agents so they fill the broker section of every document.

Open Documents in the left menu and click Broker details.
Enter the licensing authority (e.g. 東京都知事), license number (e.g. （1）第12345号) and license date.
Enter the representative, head office address and phone (left blank, your company details are used).
Enter your guarantee association and its branch, and the deposit office for the guarantee deposit.
Under Licensed real estate agents, click Add to register each agent's name and registration number, then Save.

Tip

If only one agent is registered, they are filled in automatically as the explaining agent. With several, choose one per document.

New documents use the saved details. For documents already created, click Refill deal and property details in the editor.

If a deal's Documents card says broker details are missing, click Register to open the same screen.
