After finalizing the text, print the PDF for paper delivery or send it for e-signature. Statements and lease agreements need a licensed agent's check first.

Finalize the text
- On the document, click Review and finalize text.
- Check the text and any blanks, then finalize. The finalized text is exactly what the other party receives.
- If you change fields afterwards, click Re-finalize text.
Deliver on paper
- Export the PDF from Download and print it.
- Sign and seal, hand it over, and record the signing with Record signing.
Send for e-signature
- For statements and lease agreements, enter the Agent name and Registration no. in the check box at the top and click Confirm as licensed agent (the agent named in the document is filled in).
- Click Send for e-signature, confirm the signer's email and send.
- The other party first consents to electronic delivery (or chooses paper), verifies with an email code and signs.
- The consent time and the agent's check are recorded on the completion certificate.
Note
Sending electronically requires E-contracts. Without it, the send screen explains how to get it. Paper delivery is always available.
Warning
Finalizing the text again resets the agent's check. Brokerage agreements and fee consents need no agent check.
When everyone has signed a lease agreement, the deal's review application moves past "Awaiting contract" and an empty contract date is filled with the signing date.
