Read your gourmet-site reviews

Overview#

Reviews lets you read the gourmet-site and Google reviews that Bookmi collects, filtered by shop, site and rating. Spot low ratings early and use them to improve service and food.

When Hot Pepper's new-review email reaches your email reservation address, that review is added here too.

Steps#

1. Open Reservations & guests → Reviews.
2. Filter by shop, Source and Rating. To see only poor reviews, choose Low (<3).
3. Type in the search box to search review text and reviewer names.
4. Click a row to open Review Detail and read the full text.

On the screen#

• Top figures: Total, Avg Rating, High (≥4) and Low (<3). They follow the shop filter
• Columns: shop, source, rating (stars), visit, reviewer, summary and fetched at
• Review Detail: shop, source, rating, visit date, reviewer, price range, external ID, fetched at and the full review
• Sources: Tabelog, Gurunavi, Hot Pepper, Google and Other
• Rating filter: High (≥4) / Mid (3-4) / Low (<3)

FAQ#

• Can I reply to a review? Not from this screen. Reply in each site's own admin screen.
• Can I change which sites or shops are collected? There are no collection settings on this screen. Please contact support.
• Some reviews show "-" as the rating. They have no rating. They count toward Total but not toward Avg Rating.
