Overview
LINE messages is where you send messages from your restaurant's Official Account (LINE pack).
- All friends: a LINE broadcast. It also reaches friends from before you connected.
- Selected guests: only friends linked to a guest record. Filter by last visit (no visit in N days or more / visited within N days), visit count, tags, booking source and shops visited.
Steps
- On Reservations & guests → LINE → LINE messages, choose who to send to.
- Choose conditions if you are filtering.
- Enter the message (up to 5,000 characters) and an image (optional, JPEG or PNG).
- To bring guests in on a rainy day or at a quiet time, choose a coupon under Attach a coupon (only when filtering by guests). Each guest receives a card with their own coupon code after the message (still one message per person). A coupon set to same day only with usable hours works best.
- Check the number of recipients and messages left this month, then click Send.
- Check how many were delivered or failed under History on the right.
Notes
- Each guest uses one message. You cannot send if you do not have enough messages left.
- Visit counts and last visits come from bookings marked visited, seated or completed, bookings whose date has passed without being cancelled or marked a no-show, and bills from guests who logged in with LINE to order.
- Messages cannot be recalled. Only people with company-wide permission can send.
- Names cannot be inserted into messages (everyone gets the same text).
- To send coupons to guests who stop coming, Automated coupons handle timing and frequency automatically and compare results.
