Use stamp cards, member tiers, referrals and the member card (member program)

Overview#

The member program is a set of rewards you promise to guests (LINE pack). It is at the bottom of the Automated coupons screen. There is no control group and no sending limit: anyone who meets the conditions always gets the reward. Coupons are given right away and the LINE notice arrives during sending hours.

• Stamp card: one stamp for each day with a paid bill. A coupon after 5 stamps by default. Turn on Start a new card when full to repeat.
• Member tiers: Silver at 5 visits in total and Gold at 10 (you can change the numbers). Shown on the member card, with an optional coupon when a guest moves up. Tiers never go down.
• Referrals: when a referred guest pays for the first time, the referrer gets a thank-you coupon. You can also give the referred guest a coupon (optional).
• Birthday month: one of the automated coupon rules → Automated coupons

Steps#

1. Create the reward coupons in Coupons first.
2. Under Member program on Reservations & guests → LINE → Automated coupons, switch on the stamp card, member tiers and referrals, choose coupons and conditions, and click Save.
3. In LINE Official Account Manager, add rich menu buttons that send 会員証 and 紹介 (so guests can find them easily).

How guests use it (LINE chat)#

• Send 会員証: they receive a member card with their tier, stamps and referral code, plus their usable coupons (スタンプ, クーポン and ランク work too).
• Send 紹介: they receive a referral message to forward to friends (their referral code and your add-friend link).
• A referred guest adds you and sends 紹介コード XXXXXXXX: the referral is accepted.

These replies do not use your LINE quota. Other messages get no automatic reply.

How things are counted#

• Stamps count bills from the day you switched the card on. However many bills on one day, it is one stamp. Days with only a booking or only a visit record do not count.
• Guests who already meet a tier's condition get its coupon after their next visit (if they visited in the last 3 days).
• Referrals are accepted only for first-time guests (no visits, bookings or bills). Guests cannot use their own code. Thank-you coupons for referrers are limited per guest per 30 days (5 by default).
• Referrals lists referrer → referred guest and the status (Waiting for first bill / Thanked / Over the limit).
