Send LINE reminders the day before a booking (booking reminders)

Overview#

Booking reminders send a LINE reminder to guests with a booking tomorrow (pending or confirmed), between the time you set the day before and 22:00 (LINE pack). They go to guests whose guest record is linked to a LINE friend.

Reminders for bookings made through LINE reservations are sent by the reservation system, so they are not sent again from here.

Steps#

1. On Reservations & guests → LINE → Booking reminders, switch the shop On.
2. Choose the time (from what time the day before; 18:00 by default).
3. Insert {name}, {date}, {time}, {party_size} and {shop} into the message, check the sample and click Save.

On the screen#

Sent reminders lists Sent / Failed / Not sent (messages ran out).

Notes#

• Each reminder uses one message. Bookings for tomorrow made after the set time are still reminded by 22:00.
• People with shop-level permission can only set up reminders for their own shop.
