- What your restaurant can do with LINE (LINE integration and LINE pack)시작하기Connect your LINE Official Account to Bookmi to link friends to your guest records and bring guests back with coupons, stamp cards, messages and booking reminders. Here is where to start and what each plan includes.
- Connect your LINE Official Account and link friends to guestsOnce your Official Account is connected, guests who add you or message you appear under LINE friends. Guests who add you are registered as guests automatically; if the same person has booked by phone, linking merges them into one guest.
- Shop LINE settings: LINE Login for mobile ordering and LINE reservationsRegister each shop’s Official Account, LINE Login channel and reservation entry. Guests who order from the table QR code can log in with LINE, and their orders count toward their visits and stamps. Logging in and adding a friend are both optional.
- Give coupons to bring guests back (welcome coupon and manual issue)Guests automatically get a coupon for their next visit when they add you as a friend (this does not use your LINE quota). You can also issue coupons by hand as an apology or a thank-you to regulars. Staff apply them at checkout by entering the coupon code.
- Send coupons automatically to guests who stop coming (automated coupons)Automatically give coupons and notify on LINE guests who have not come back two weeks after their first visit, one month after their second, who have lapsed, or who have a birthday this month. Compare with guests who received nothing (the control group) to see whether visits really increased.
- Use stamp cards, member tiers, referrals and the member card (member program)Guests earn a stamp for each day they pay a bill and get a coupon when the card is full. Visit counts set Silver and Gold tiers, and a referrer gets a thank-you coupon when the guest they referred pays for the first time. Guests just send 会員証 on LINE to check.
- Send LINE messages to guests filtered by their visits (LINE messages)Filter guests by visit count, last visit, tags, booking source and shop, for example "regulars who have not come in a while" or "guests who have not made a second visit". You can also send to all friends.
- Send LINE reminders the day before a booking (booking reminders)Guests with a booking tomorrow who are linked to a LINE friend automatically get a reminder at the time you choose the day before. Set it on or off, the time and the message for each shop.
- LINE troubleshooting (friends missing, two welcome messages, coupons not arriving)문제 해결What to check when friends do not appear in the list, guests get two welcome messages, or automated coupons and reminders do not arrive.
