Check progress and the send log

Open a sequence to find two tabs: Contacts and Send log.

Contacts#

Each contact you added shows their status, which step they are on, and when the next message goes out.

• Active: going as planned.
• Paused: stopped for this person only. Resume continues where they left off.
• Completed: the last step has been sent.
• Exited: they left before the end. The reason is shown (removed manually, replied, unsubscribed, email bounced and so on).

Each row lets you Pause, Resume or Remove. The Sequences card on the contact offers the same actions.

Send log#

The result of every message:

• Sent: the message was sent.
• Skipped: not sent and moved on, for example because there is no email address or no LINE link. The reason is shown.
• Failed: could not be sent. Check the reason and fix the address or connection.
• Unknown: processing stopped mid-send, so delivery could not be confirmed. It is not resent, to avoid duplicates.
• Bounced: the email came back.

Pause the whole sequence#

Pause sequence stops sending to everyone; Activate sequence starts it again.
