Sequences send follow-ups to each customer automatically, in the order and timing you set. No more remembering to get back in touch in three days.
What you can do
- Line up to 10 email and LINE steps and send them one by one to each contact.
- Email goes out from the Gmail of the person who added the contact; LINE goes out from your company's LINE Official Account.
- From the second email on, messages arrive as replies to the first one, in the same thread.
- A sequence stops by itself when the customer replies by email, unsubscribes, or an email bounces.
- Start common flows from a scenario in one go: lead follow-up, quote follow-up, new customer onboarding, and winning back inactive customers.
Getting started
Email steps need Gmail connected first. LINE steps need your LINE Official Account connected.
What it does not do
- It is not for bulk sending. You can add up to 20 contacts at a time, and each sender can send up to 50 sequence emails a day. To message many people on LINE at once, use broadcasts.
- A contact cannot be in two sequences at the same time.
