- What you can do with contractsSmall BusinessesTurn quotes into contracts, sign them electronically, get reminders for notice and expiry dates, and draft monthly invoices automatically.
- Create a contract (type and your side)Small BusinessesPick the contract type and whether you are the provider or the client; clauses and fields follow. Converting a quote carries over items and amounts.
- Import a signed contract (AI reading)Small BusinessesUpload the PDF of a contract signed elsewhere to manage reminders, renewals and billing like any other. AI reads the dates, renewal terms and amount.
- Review and finalize the contract textSmall BusinessesGenerate clauses from the contract data, check for gaps and finalize. Choose Japanese, Chinese or bilingual. Re-finalize if you change the contract data later.
- Send for e-signatureSmall BusinessesEnter the signer's email and send. Signers need no account: they review in the browser and sign by hand. Up to three people sign in order, and the signed PDF keeps a certificate.
- Paper signing and revoking a signingSmall BusinessesAfter signing on paper, record the signing date to make it Active; reminders and billing work the same. If you sent it for e-signature but the other party printed, stamped and sent back a scan, register that copy to conclude it. Revoking a signing requires a reason.
- Notice deadlines, expiry and auto-renewalSmall BusinessesSet the end date and renewal terms to get list badges and reminders for notice and expiry dates. Auto-renewing contracts extend by one period at the end date.
- Create invoices from a contract (recurring)Small BusinessesFrom the Billing card, create an invoice for each scheduled payment. Monthly contracts can draft an invoice every month automatically (nothing is sent automatically).
- From a recurring quote to contract and billing (setup fees, recurring invoices, renewals)Small BusinessesA contract made from a recurring quote holds only the recurring fees, and the one-time fees go into a separate draft invoice. Yearly fees are billed every 12 months from the start month, and a renewal deal tracks the renewal.
- Amendments and related contractsSmall BusinessesMake post-signing changes with an amendment linked to the original. Individual contracts can hang under a master agreement; see links on the Related contracts card or group the list by customer.
- Contract types, your own templates and approvalSmall BusinessesPick your business type to get the usual contract types. Per type, set names, your default side and your own Word template, and optionally require admin approval before sending.
