Switching by Language
We changed our approach. Instead of entrusting everything to one AI, we choose the optimal AI for each situation.
For Japanese inquiries, Claude with its strong keigo. For Chinese inquiries, GLM-4 with native Chinese. For complex reasoning, GPT-4o.
Customers don't know three AIs are running behind the scenes. They just feel "this AI really understands what I'm saying."
One Goes Down, Service Continues
One morning, OpenAI's API went down for 30 minutes. Before, all AI functions would have stopped.
But now, the moment we detect GPT-4o is unavailable, we automatically switch to Claude. If Claude fails too, we go to GLM-4. For customers, the service continues as if nothing happened.
