No. Tax filings, licence applications and legal judgements are each the exclusive work of the relevant licensed professional. Bookmi covers reception, case management and document drafting — the final preparation, review and submission remain with you.
Can generated documents be submitted as they are?
No. What the AI produces is a draft, there to save you starting from nothing. Accuracy and legal judgement require your review, and the responsibility sits with the firm.
Is client confidential information safe?
Data is stored on servers in Tokyo. It doesn't leave the country, isn't sold, and isn't used to train AI models. On cancellation you can export all of it. We're aware that professionals carry a duty of confidentiality.
Will the AI promise clients an outcome?
No. It establishes the type of matter and the basic situation and arranges a meeting. Whether a case can be taken on, and how it might go, is left for you to judge in that meeting.
