Sales / BD
Meet business owners in Japan face to face, explain AI agents in terms that land, get them deployed, and stay with them until they're actually using it. Restaurants, salons, real estate, forwarding — industry doesn't matter.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience in a related industry is a plus
- Japanese and Chinese (Japanese outward-facing, Chinese internally)
- Comfortable with numbers and with carrying a target
City partner
Grow Bookmi in your area through your own network of business owners. No office attendance; settlement based on results.
What we're looking for
- Genuine connections in a community of businesses in Japan
- Experience running sales independently
- Comfortable with a performance-based compensation structure
KOL / content partnership
Reach business owners in Japan on Xiaohongshu, Douyin, X and elsewhere, and show them what AI can actually do.
What we're looking for
- A follower base around business, founding or living in Japan
- Able to publish consistently
- Experience producing business-oriented content
Engineer (frontend / backend / AI)
Conversation quality for the AI agents, platform integrations, the operator dashboard — there's work from the model side through to the interface.
What we're looking for
- Development experience in web or AI
- Interested in landing technology in real businesses
- Able to communicate in Japanese or Chinese
