Flight batch and parcel ledger
Flight records and parcel records sit in one ledger. Search parcels by tracking number or recipient.

Two-step recipient review
Check and correct recipient names, addresses and phone numbers side by side with the original values, then approve them in a first and a second review.

Enquiry records

Returns and refunds
Follow returns from receipt at the warehouse to re-shipment, and refunds from method and bank details to the transfer, linked to the parcel's record.

Can we use the AI phone, or answer customers on WeChat or LINE?
Those aren't part of the plan for this industry, and there are no screens or notifications for recipients. bookmi is an admin system for your staff: the flight batch and parcel ledger, plus enquiry, return and refund records.
Can it produce customs documents or connect to carriers' systems?
Not at present. Keep handling customs and delivery procedures the way you do today.
What about the systems and data we use now?
