Do we have to replace our warehouse management system?
No. Bookmi mainly takes over client communication and notifications. Integration with existing systems is supported from the Standard plan; we'll confirm the specifics at setup.
If a client asks on WeChat, does it really answer in Chinese?
Yes. Forwarding clients are predominantly Chinese speakers, so for this industry the AI support runs primarily in Chinese, and the dashboard is in Chinese too.
What if a restricted-item check gets it wrong?
What the AI does is check against the list instantly and pull out anything questionable. The final judgement remains yours to confirm. Responsibility for air-transport dangerous goods and customs declarations sits with the operator, and adopting AI doesn't move it.
Can we manage multiple warehouses together?

Can we use our own rate card?
Yes. Quotes are calculated from your rates and route configuration, not from generic pricing.
