How it works
It collects itself — no data entry
AI phone transcripts, messages from each platform, bookings and visits all enter the record as they happen. Nothing to re-enter afterwards.
One timeline per person
The same customer's exchanges by phone, LINE and platform merge into one timeline. Whoever picks it up can see the whole history.
Memberships and passes attach to the record
Membership tier, remaining pass sessions and purchase history all attach to the record and can be checked at reception. No separate spreadsheet.

Can we import our existing customer list?
Yes. We'll help organise your existing list and history when you start, including content from paper records. We'll agree the approach at setup.
Are calls really transcribed in full?
Calls the AI handles are kept as text for later reference and handover. Whether audio is recorded, and how long it's kept, follows your settings.
Is the data ours?
Yes. It's stored in data centers in Tokyo, and bookmi does not sell it or use it to train AI models. You can export it as CSV or Excel from each screen at any time during your contract, and after a paid plan ends you can still view and export it for a set period on request.
If a staff member leaves, do they take customer information with them?
No. The information sits in the business's account and you assign the permissions. That's precisely the point of moving history off someone's phone and into a system.
