Memberships and passes attach to the record

Can we import our existing customer list?
Yes. We'll help organise your existing list and history when you start, including content from paper records. We'll agree the approach at setup.
Are calls really transcribed in full?
Calls the AI handles are kept as text for later reference and handover. Whether audio is recorded, and how long it's kept, follows your settings.
Is the dashboard in Japanese or Chinese?
The dashboard is in Chinese. Calls and message replies to customers are in Japanese (with Chinese, English and Korean available depending on industry).
Is the data ours?
Yes. It's stored on servers in Tokyo, doesn't leave the country, isn't sold, and isn't used for model training. On cancellation you can export all of it.
If a staff member leaves, do they take customer information with them?
No. The information sits in the business's account and you assign the permissions. That's precisely the point of moving history off someone's phone and into a system.
