FAQ
Will the AI discuss a patient's condition or treatment outcomes?
No. It handles administrative enquiries only — bookings, reschedules, opening hours, fees. Anything touching physical condition or clinical judgement goes to the clinic. It gives no medical or outcome-related explanations whatsoever.
Won't re-visit reminders come across as chasing?
You set what they say and how often they go out; the AI sends them based on the last visit date. What's written and how long you leave it are entirely the clinic's call.
Can you import our paper records?
Yes. We'll help get your existing patient list and treatment history into the system when you start.
Can it handle insurance claim forms?
Bookmi doesn't process treatment-benefit claim forms. Keep using your dedicated claims software for that; Bookmi covers the reception, booking and records layer.
Does this work for a one-person clinic?
Yes. The Light plan is built for a single clinic getting started. Not being able to take calls during treatment is the most common source of lost patients for solo practitioners.
