We already use a studio management system — do we have to switch?
No. Bookmi fills what those systems can't reach: bilingual reception, AI phone, and Chinese-language acquisition for foreign members in Japan. Keep using what you have.
Does this work for a small personal training studio?
Yes. The Light plan is built for single-location, getting-started scale.
Will the AI push classes on people?
It explains classes and pricing and takes trial bookings, within the scope you set. Anything beyond that goes to the studio. It won't offer discounts on its own, and it makes no claims about training results.
How far does the Chinese support go?
The AI phone and chat handle both Japanese and Chinese, including class timetables and membership rules for Chinese-speaking members in Japan.
