Does replying to reviews affect search rankings?
Google Business's own documentation lists review replies among the factors affecting local search performance, including reply rate and response speed. But rankings themselves are determined by the platform's algorithm, and we make no guarantee about any change in them.
Can you delete bad reviews for us?
No, and we wouldn't recommend it. Deleting or suppressing reviews breaches each platform's terms. What Bookmi does is help you respond faster and more appropriately — a considered reply is itself an explanation to everyone else reading.
Could the AI say something that upsets a customer?
