API reference

Connect Bookmi's data to your existing systems — POS, booking systems, your own CRM.

The interface specification is issued alongside your integration proposal. Authentication, endpoints and field structure vary with the system you're connecting and the scope of data involved, so we don't publish a fixed specification here. Tell us what you need and we'll prepare the corresponding spec along with test-environment credentials.

Which plan do I need for API access?

External integration is available from the Standard plan. The number of integrations depends on the plan — see the pricing page, or ask us directly.

Can synchronisation run both ways?

Yes. You can import bookings from an existing system into Bookmi, and push bookings Bookmi takes back out. Direction and conflict handling are agreed in the proposal.

Can you match our data format?

We adjust field mapping to your system as part of integration. Fully custom workflows fall under the Pro and Enterprise plans.

Are there rate limits?

Yes, set per plan. Normal business volumes won't reach them. Exact figures are stated in the specification.

How is data kept safe?

Traffic is encrypted with SSL/TLS, and credentials can be revoked and reissued at any time. Data is stored in Tokyo, doesn't leave the country, and isn't used for model training.
