Steps
- Click the megaphone next to the quota badge at the top of the message center (shown only while LINE is connected).
- Filter recipients: rank (S–D), source, tags (comma separated), name or company, linked on or after a date. No filters means every LINE-linked contact. Each change shows "N recipients · M messages left this month" and a few names. Not enough quota or zero recipients disables the button with a reason.
- Write the message with templates, variables such as
{{contact_name}}and one image. - Send to N → confirm (cannot be undone) → Send now.
- The history tab opens automatically with progress and sent / failed / skipped counts; expand recipients for each person's result. While sending you can stop the rest.
Good to know
- Blocked contacts (tag "LINE blocked") are excluded automatically.
- Up to 2,000 recipients per broadcast.
- Text and image go out together, one message per person.
- What you sent appears in each customer's LINE conversation so agents can continue from there.
- URLs are click-tracked automatically.
- There is no scheduling; send at the time you want it delivered.
- If the quota runs out mid-way, the remaining recipients are recorded as skipped instead of failing the broadcast.
