Track link clicks

Links in LINE messages become short links on your domain; opening one adds "link clicked" to the conversation.

LINE has no read receipts; whether a link was opened is the only measurable reaction.

How it works

  • URLs in agent replies, sequence LINE steps and broadcasts are replaced with short links on your Bookmi domain when sent. In the message center you still see the original URL.
  • When the customer opens one, the conversation shows "link clicked: domain/path" and the message shows the click count and last click time.
  • Add-friend links (line.me) and Bookmi document share links are left alone (documents have their own view log).

Turning it off

Under Settings → Connectors → LINE → Settings, turn off "Track link clicks". Later messages are no longer rewritten; links already sent keep working.

FAQ

  • Customers cannot open the link: short links use your Bookmi portal domain; with a custom domain, make sure it resolves.
  • More clicks than expected: every open counts, including repeat opens by the same person.
