Add LINE steps to a sequence

Steps#

1. Under Sequences → Message templates create a LINE template. The body accepts variables such as {{contact_name}} and one image (jpg/png). See Create LINE message templates.
2. In the sequence editor add a step, set the channel to LINE, pick the template and a fallback email template.
3. Enroll contacts. When a step is due, LINE-linked contacts get the LINE message (text and image as one message); others get the fallback email.
4. Check the send log for each step's channel and any failure reason.

Good to know#

• URLs in the body are click-tracked automatically.
• A step is never sent twice, even after a retry.
• Sent LINE messages also appear in the message center conversation.
• Without a fallback template and without LINE, the step is logged as skipped and the sequence moves on.
• In a month where the quota is used up, remaining LINE steps go out by fallback email, or are skipped if there is none.
