How it is built
- Credentials: Channel Secret and Access Token are stored encrypted and never shown again.
- No duplicates: incoming messages are queued before processing; if LINE resends one it enters the conversation only once. Failures are retried automatically.
- Block detection: when a customer blocks you the contact gets a "LINE blocked" tag, is excluded from broadcasts and sequences fall back to email. Unblocking restores everything.
- Per-company isolation: sent images, template images and short links belong to your company only.
- Your domain: short links and document links use your own portal domain.
- Daily check: quota and webhook status are checked every morning and admins are alerted on problems.
Rules to follow
- Reply from Bookmi. Replies from the LINE app never reach Bookmi and break the timeline.
- Keep LINE's own auto-reply off, or customers get two messages.
- After reissuing the token in LINE Developers, re-enter it in settings right away.
- When the quota is nearly used up, hold off broadcasts so agents can still reply.
