Free data migration
We migrate your menu and customer data for you. Send us the CSV or other files exported from your current system and we'll import them into Bookmi.
Worth ¥33,000 (tax incl.) — the price of our menu setup service, a paid option on the Light plan.
Up to 60 days free, side by side
Use Bookmi free until your current system's contract ends. We extend the usual 30-day free trial to up to 60 days.
Use the time for staff practice and to compare both systems side by side.
An extra month on annual plans
Sign up for an annual plan and we add one month, for 13 months of service.
Annual plans already give you 12 months for the price of 10.
Conditions
- Offers are applied to your account by our team after a free consultation (contact us). They are not applied automatically on the sign-up or payment screens.
- Free side-by-side use runs until your current contract's end date, up to 60 days in total (including the usual 30-day free trial).
- Data migration covers menu and customer data. Items your current system can't export, or that can't be imported because of their format, are discussed case by case.
- The extra month applies to new annual plan sign-ups. Annual plans are fixed-term and are not refunded pro rata on early cancellation.
- Cannot be combined with other campaigns or coupons (standard plan benefits such as free equipment rental on annual plans still apply).

- All prices include tax.

Free consultation
Tell us which system you use, when your contract ends and how many locations you have. We'll agree on what data to move and when to switch.

Data migration
Send us the menu and customer data exported from your current system, and we import it into Bookmi. If anything can't be imported, we'll tell you beforehand.

Run both
Keep using your current system while running Bookmi free alongside it — for staff practice and to check your booking and ordering flow.

Switch over
When you're ready, switch to Bookmi as your current contract ends. Please cancel your current system directly with its provider.

Switching FAQ
Can I sign up while my current contract is still running?
Yes. You can use Bookmi free alongside your current system until your contract ends, for up to 60 days. Switching on the end date cuts down the time you pay twice. If your contract ends more than 60 days from now, we'll plan the timing with you in the free consultation.
Can you move my data from my current system?
If you can export your menu and customer data from your current system as CSV or similar files, we'll import them for you. Anything that can't be exported or imported, we'll discuss case by case.
Can I keep using my current devices?
Your own iPad works as is. Whether a kitchen printer works depends on its model and connection type, so please tell us the model name in the free consultation. The kitchen printer we supply (Epson TM-m30III) is available to rent or buy.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Bookmi's monthly plans have no cancellation fee and no annual contract — stop anytime (annual plans are fixed-term and not refunded pro rata on early cancellation). For your current system's cancellation fee and terms, please check with its provider.
