Can we keep our current property system and portals?
Yes. Enquiries from portals are received and answered in Bookmi, and property data can be brought in by reading PDFs or through REINS sync. We'll confirm the approach with you at setup.
Could the AI give clients wrong information?
The AI only uses your registered property data and the rules you set. Anything involving negotiation or contracts is handed to an agent.
Can the AI valuation go straight into a valuation report?
The AI figure is a reference price based on comparable transactions and similar data. It is not a formal real estate appraisal, so please apply your agent's judgement before presenting it to a client.
Does it work for a small agency?
Yes. The Light plan is designed for small agencies of one to three people.
What can we share with owners?
Besides monthly reports, owners can view statements, documents and messages with their agent on their own portal.
How long does setup take?
