■目的・概要
エイジフレンドリー補助金は、労働者が安全で安心して働くことのできる職場環境の整備を促進するため、「中小企業事業者」の以下の取組に要する経費の一部を補助します。
・60歳以上の高年齢労働者が安全に働くことができる環境の整備のため、労働安全衛生に係る専門家による高年齢労働者の特性を考慮したリスクアセスメントの実施の取組（☆専門家総合対策コース第１段階）
・１の専門家または自社で実施したリスクアセスメントの結果をふまえ、60歳以上の高年齢労働者が安全に働くことができる環境の整備のため、高年齢労働者の身体機能の低下を補う設備・装置の導入その他労働災害防止対策の取組（機器等の導入や工事の施工等）や高年齢労働者を含む全ての労働者の転倒防止・腰痛予防のための運動指導等の取組（☆○専門家総合対策コース第２段階）
・暑熱な環境による熱中症予防対策として身体機能の低下を補う装置・装備の導入(▢熱中症対策コース)
・高年齢労働者を含む全ての労働者の健康保持増進のための取組（◇コラボヘルスコース）
