■目的・概要
埼玉県内の中小企業等の人材確保と定着を促進し、若者から選ばれる魅力ある中小企業等を支援するため、奨学金返還支援制度を設ける中小企業等が従業員に支給した手当等の一定額を補助します。
■応募資格
埼玉県内に事業所を有し、補助対象者に勤務する従業員（以下「支援対象者」という。）への奨学金返還支援制度を設け、手当等として、奨学金返還のための金銭を支給する中小企業者及びその他の法人であって、埼玉県中小企業等人材確保奨学金返還支援事業実施要領 別表第１に掲げる者（みなし大企業に該当しない者及び国又は地方公共団体から出資を受けていない者に限る。）であること。
