■目的・概要
東京都では、大企業と比べて障害者雇用が進んでいない都内の中小企業を対象として、障害者雇用の拡大と職場定着の促進を図るため、標記助成制度を実施しています。
国の特定求職者雇用開発助成金（特定就職困難者コース、発達障害者・難治性疾患患者雇用開発コース）の助成対象期間が満了となる中小企業に対して、引き続き東京都が独自に賃金助成するものです。
■根拠法令
東京都中小企業障害者雇用支援助成金支給要綱
■支給要件
障害者を雇用し、国の特定求職者雇用開発助成金（特定就職困難者コースまたは発達障害者・難治性疾患患者雇用開発コース）（以下、「特開金」）の支給を受け、助成対象期間が満了となった後も、引き続き雇用を継続する事業主。

東京都内の事業所で支給対象者が働いていること。
