本年度の支援申込受付は終了いたしました。
■目的・概要
従業員の住宅・食事・健康に関する福利厚生の充実による従業員のES（Employee Satisfaction 社員満足度）の向上を通じて、若手人材の採用・定着を図る中小企業の取組をサポートする事業
■支援内容
◎専門家の派遣：福利厚生の充実による若手人材確保・定着を目指す中小企業に、社員満足度向上等に関する知見を有する専門家を最大３回派遣し、企業の取組計画の作成を支援します。
◎ESを高める取組への費用助成：取組計画を作成し、ES（社員満足度）向上の取組（住宅の借上げ・食事等の提供・健康増進サービスの提供）を行った企業に、経費を助成します。
◆助成期間：最大3年間 ◆助成対象企業数：60社／年
◆補助率：2分の1（下記の①~③の分類ごとに千円未満切捨て）
◆助成対象経費・年間上限額：
①住宅：35歳未満の従業員を対象とした住宅の借上げ経費 ／200万円
②食事：職場で従業員に食事等のサービスを提供することに係る経費／ 50万円
③健康：従業員の健康増進を目的としたサービスの提供に係る経費 ／ 50万円
※①～③のうち2つ以上の取組を新たに導入する場合に助成
※②は置型の社食の設置や継続的かつ定期的な弁当の配達など
※③は職場でのフィットネス講座など…
