【重要】こちらは、本助成金で２年目の支給決定を受けている助成事業者が、３年目の支給申請をする場合に使用する補助金申請画面です。
■目的・概要
住宅・食事・健康に関する福利厚生の充実による従業員のES（Employee Satisfaction 社員満足度）の向上を通じて、若手人材の採用・定着を図る中小企業の取組をサポートする事業です。
■支援内容
◎専門家の派遣：福利厚生の充実による若手人材確保・定着を目指す中小企業に、社員満足度向上等に関する知見を有する専門家を最大３回派遣し、企業の取組計画の作成を支援します。
◎ESを高める取組への費用助成：取組計画を作成し、ES（社員満足度）向上の取組（住宅の借上げ・食事等の提供・健康増進サービスの提供）を行った企業に、経費を助成します。
◆助成対象期間：最大3年間
◆助成率：2分の1（下記①~③の分類ごとに千円未満切捨て）
◆助成対象経費／助成限度額
①住宅の借上げ：35歳未満の若手従業員を対象とした住宅の借上げに係る経費／200万円
②食事等の提供：都内事業所内で継続的かつ定期的に従業員に提供する食事等のサービスに係る経費／50万円
③健康増進サービスの提供：従業員の健康増進を目的としたサービスの提供に係る経費／50万円
