■目的・概要
都は、物価高騰に直面する障害者施設の負担軽減を目的として、支援金（補助金）を支給します。
■応募資格
区分１：障害者支援施設、福祉型障害児入所施設、医療型障害児入所施設、共同生活援助、短期入所
区分２：生活介護、宿泊型自立訓練、自立訓練（生活訓練・機能訓練）、就労移行支援、就労継続支援A型、就労継続支援B型、就労選択支援、児童発達支援、放課後等デイサービス
区分３：居宅訪問型児童発達支援、保育所等訪問支援、居宅介護、重度訪問介護、同行援護、行動援護、重度障害者等包括支援
区分４：就労定着支援、自立生活援助、計画相談支援、地域相談支援（地域移行支援・地域定着支援）、障害児相談支援
かつ
・障害者総合支援法または障害福祉法に基づく指定を受けている
・都内に所在している（※交付要綱に定める都外施設は対象）
・国又は地方公共団体が設置する施設、指定管理者が管理する施設及び公設民営の施設でない
■補助基準額
区分１：対象期間各月における、定員数×5,669円の合計
区分２：対象期間各月における、定員数×1,607円の合計（食事提供を実施している事業所）
対象期間各月における、定員数×987円の合計（上記以外の事業所）
区分３：29,500円（定額）
