■事業概要
テレワークの定着を図るため、テレワークを進める上での課題とその解決策について検討し、自社に最適な「テレワークルール（我が社のベストバランス）」等を定めた都内中堅・中小企業等に奨励金を支給します。
■支給対象者事業者の主な要件
・常時雇用する労働者の数が999人以下の企業であること。
・都内に勤務する労働者を２人以上雇用していること。
・都内に勤務する常時雇用する労働者のうち１人は、申請日時点で、申請事業者で６ヶ月以上継続して雇用していること。
・テレワーク規定を作成していること（常時雇用する労働者が10人未満の企業等も、労働基準監督署に届出を行っていること。）。
・支給申請時までに東京都が実施する「テレワーク東京ルール」実践企業宣言（外部サイト） https://www.telework-rule.metro.tokyo.lg.jp/ に登録し、「テレワーク推進リーダー設置」表示のある宣言書がウェブサイトで発行されていること。
