■目的・概要
今治市の指定区域（今治新都市区域）において、市または独立行政法人都市再生機構から直接用地を取得し、自ら立地する企業に対し、用地の取得価格の一部を交付して企業の進出を支援する制度です。
■応募資格
市または独立行政法人都市再生機構から直接用地を取得し、自ら立地をした企業。
※他の奨励金とは異なり、対象業種の要件は「不問」とされており、幅広い企業が対象となります。
■地理条件
愛媛県今治市内の指定区域（今治新都市区域）
■備考
・操業を開始した日までに用地取得代金を完納することが条件となります。
・奨励金の交付を受けるには、まず市長に申請して適用事業者の指定を受ける必要があります。
