Overview (excerpt)
■目的・概要
今治市の指定区域（今治新都市区域）において、市又は独立行政法人都市再生機構から直接3ヘクタール以上の大規模な用地を取得し、自ら立地する企業に対し、用地の取得価格の一部を交付する制度です。
■応募資格
市又は独立行政法人都市再生機構から直接用地を3ha以上取得し、自ら立地をした企業。
※通常の「指定区域 用地取得奨励金」と同様に、対象業種の要件は不問とされています。
■地理条件
愛媛県今治市内の指定区域（今治新都市区域）
■備考
・操業を開始した日までに用地取得代金を完納することが条件となります。
・奨励金の交付を受けるには、まず市長に申請して適用事業者の指定を受ける必要があります。
