■目的
●令和８年度 若手・女性リーダー応援プログラム助成事業
女性又は若手男性が都内商店街で実店舗を開業等※をするに当たり、必要な経費の一部を助成することにより、商店街におけるリーダーとなり得る人材に対して開業を支援し、都内商店街の活性化を図ります。
※「開業等」には、「開業」、「２店舗目」、「移転（都内商店街からの移転は除く）」の３つの区分があります。
●令和８年度 商店街起業・承継支援事業
都内商店街で個人又は中小企業者が開業等※をするに当たり、必要な経費の一部を助成することにより、商店街における開業者や事業後継者の育成及び開業等を支援し、都内商店街の活性化を図ります。
※「開業等」には、「開業」、「多角化」、「２店舗目」、「移転（都内商店街からの移転は除く）」「事業承継」の５つの区分があります。
■助成内容
都内の商店街で開業等をする際に必要な事業所整備費及び店舗賃借料の一部を助成します。
●令和８年度 若手・女性リーダー応援プログラム助成事業（最大助成限度額844 万円）
・事業所整備費・・・助成対象と認められる費用の３／４以内（助成限度額400 万円）
・店舗賃借料・・・・助成対象と認められる費用の３／４以内
（１年目：15 万円／月）
（２年目：12 万円／月）
