Quotes & contracts: minor improvements and fixes (Oct 4–10, 2026)

Here's a roundup of the minor improvements and fixes we made to quotes, contracts, invoices and receipts in Quotes & invoices from October 4 to 10.

Improvements#

• The details screens for quotes, contracts, invoices and receipts now show links next to the document number to the customer, the deal and related documents (the original quote, the master agreement, contracts and invoices created from the quote and so on). Hold ⌘ / Ctrl and click to open them in a new tab.
• The quote summary now says "deal" instead of "negotiation", matching other documents.
• Draft quotes now offer an option to issue without sending email, for when you hand over the quote in person, by post or over LINE. Before issuing, a confirmation screen explains that the content is locked, the e-seal is applied and the original PDF is saved.
• Auto-renewing contracts without a notice period now also show the cancellation notice deadline (one month before the end date) in the list.

Bug fixes#

• Fixed an issue where, in rare cases, the copy (original PDF) of an issued document wasn't saved.
