Notifications in your language, and a clearer daily briefing

Notifications now arrive in the language each recipient uses. For small businesses and sole proprietors, the daily briefing now shows today's priorities and your cash position at a glance.

What's new

  • Notification language: The list and details in Notifications appear in the language of your screen (Japanese, Chinese, English and so on). Push notifications in the app, LINE messages and emails are sent in the language each recipient uses in the admin console.
  • Full text for long notifications: Multi-line notifications such as the daily briefing expand to their full text, with line breaks, when you click them. The daily briefing has its own icon and is filed under System.
  • Daily briefing: today's priorities: The top six things that need attention (who, amount, days and next step), plus what has changed since the last briefing.
  • Daily briefing: cash: Your bank balance (with the as-of date) and money coming in and going out over the next 14 days, with a warning if payments look likely to exceed the balance.
  • Daily briefing: only what matters: Deadlines are limited to the next 30 days, and bookkeeping items to ones that need action (such as a stalled bank statement import or a missed monthly close).
  • The daily briefing is no longer sent on weekends and holidays; the next business day's briefing covers that period.
  • Admins also see Your deals in the briefing, and people who receive it no longer get the separate morning follow-up and unanswered LINE summaries, so the morning comes down to one notification.
  • ¥0 invoices are no longer counted as unpaid, overdue or subject to reminders.

Who it's for

  • Industries: all industries (daily briefing changes apply to small businesses and sole proprietors)
  • Screens: Notifications, and notifications in the app, on LINE and by email
