AI Phone minor improvements and fixes (October 2026)
We've made several improvements and fixes to AI Phone, covering how reservations are recorded after calls, knowledge base files, sign-in, and the admin console menu.
What's new
- Reservations after calls: Fixed an issue where reservations without a course (seat only or undecided) were sometimes not recorded. They are now recorded as regular reservations.
- Reservations after calls: If the date and time a caller first mentioned differ from what was finally confirmed, the reservation is recorded with the confirmed details and a follow-up task is added so you can verify it.
- Knowledge base files: Files that failed analysis can no longer be organized manually. Only the retry option is shown.
- Knowledge base files: Improved stability so file analysis is less likely to stall partway through.
- Knowledge base files: When you view an original file, Word files now download with their original file name, and TXT and MD files display correctly without garbled text.
- Sign-in: If your account and password are already filled in when you complete the slider check, you are now signed in right away. We also fixed an issue where the browser's autofill suggestions stayed open while dragging the slider.
- Menu: AI Phone settings are now grouped at the bottom of the menu and collapsed by default. The former Settings group has been renamed Account and moved into your profile, leaving only Sign out in the lower left.
