AI Phone call history now supports page numbers and full filtering

AI Phone call history now uses numbered pages. Filtering by category, phone number, and date covers all calls, and returning from call details keeps your page and filters.

What's new#

• Call history now has numbered pages, with "x–y of N" and previous, page numbers, and next shown below the list.
• Category tabs, phone number search, date filters, and category counts are now based on all calls.
• CSV export now includes every call that matches the current filters.
• Row actions in the list are now text buttons instead of a menu.
• When you return from call details or reload the page, you're taken back to the same page and filters. This also applies to booking history and Needs attention.
• Booking history and Needs attention now use the same pagination.
• The blocked numbers list now uses numbered pages instead of a "Load more" button.
• On smartphones, you can swipe the category tabs sideways.
