Items now appear in the cart instantly on the guest ordering screen

Items added on the guest ordering screen now show up in the cart right away, and adding from several devices at one table no longer drops items, making table ordering more reliable.

What's new#

• When a guest adds an item, it appears in the cart immediately while the order is checked in the background. If the item can't be added, it's removed from the cart and the reason is shown.
• Until the check finishes, changing quantities, removing items, clearing the cart, and the order button on the confirmation screen wait for it to complete.
• We improved an issue where some items might not reach the cart when two devices at the same table added items at the same time.
