Connect Square and pair Square Terminal devices with your stores

You can now connect your Square account from Company information, map each store to a Square location, and pair Square Terminal devices from the store edit screen using a 6-digit code.

What's new#

• A Square section has been added to Company information, where you can connect or disconnect your Square account.
• You can map each Bookmi store to one of your Square locations.
• You can pair a Square Terminal from the store edit screen. Enter the 6-digit code shown on screen into the device, and Bookmi confirms the pairing automatically.
• Square payment methods are mapped to Bookmi payment methods, and any errors from Square are shown on screen.

How to use it#

1. Go to Settings > Company information and start the connection from the Square section.
2. Allow access on the Square screen. You'll be returned to Bookmi once the connection is complete.
3. Select the matching Square location for each store.
4. On the store edit screen, start pairing and enter the 6-digit code on your Square Terminal.
